- Institution policyThe ECFMG-sponsored J-1 is the required visa for international physician trainees who need visa sponsorship at MD Anderson; visa-sponsored trainees may not moonlight

- Institution policyA Texas Medical Board Physician-in-Training (PIT) permit (obtained by the GME office for trainees without a full Texas licence) or a full Texas licence is required before starting
