Eligibility
Completed (or completing) an RCPSC (or equivalent) accredited General Surgery residency; eligible for a CPSA Educational or Independent licence; IELTS Academic required if medical school was outside an English-speaking country; must meet Canadian work-permit/immigration requirements
International applicants
