LCME/AOA graduates, or ECFMG certificate, or full unrestricted US licence; prerequisite training in ACGME (or RCPSC/CFPC) accredited residency; USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3 passed on first attempt; within 10 years of residency completion
International applicants
IMGs accepted with ECFMG certification; US clinical experience not required but helpful; J-1 only
