- Completion of 3 years of ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency; passed all three steps of USMLE or COMLEX; board eligible in IM or FM

- Eligible if holding an ECFMG-sponsored J-1 visa (or US citizen, permanent resident, or employment authorization)
