Eligibility and visa

- ABFM or ABIM board certified/eligible; completion (or in progress) of an ACGME or ACGME-I accredited FM or IM residency; residency completed within the last three years unless in active clinical practice; passed USMLE/COMLEX I-III with no more than one fail
