- SICOT member with membership dues paid two years in a row at the time of application; 45 years old or younger at the start of the fellowship; Health insurance cover during the stay and a pre-travel medical check-up with blood-test results; Priority to candidates who attended a SICOT Congress in the past 4 years; preference to international fellows; SICOT member from Asia; At least four years of professional experience; Basic command of oral and written English; Chinese is an advantage
