- BOA member at trainee grade (must have passed MRCS part B and hold an orthopaedic NTN), post-CCT member not yet in a substantive consultant post by the closing date, or SAS surgeon; At least one proposed supervisor must also be a BOA member; BOA membership must be approved before the closing date (allow 3-4 weeks); Supporting statements needed from supervisor(s), host finance office and Head of Department
