Eligibility and visa

Eligibility
Recognised medical degree for SMC temporary registration; MMed (Ophthalmology), FRCS or equivalent with 2 years advanced general ophthalmology rotations; 3 years additional experience/advanced training preferable; teaching/research record; English (IELTS 7 each band, TOEFL iBT 100, or OET B if degree not taught in English); 2 referees; certificate of good standing; sponsorship by government, health authority or employer in home country
International applicants

Visa support
Yes - NUH Fellowship Desk assists in obtaining a Training Employment Pass (TEP) from the Ministry of Manpower after SMC approval
