Eligibility
Eligible for ABIM certification in internal medicine; Illinois licence at start; ECFMG certified by 10 December (IMGs)
International applicants
IMGs eligible (graduates of schools outside US/Canada) with ECFMG certification (programme page)

J-1 (preferred, ECFMG-sponsored) or H-1B sponsored by UChicago Medicine, which pays H-1B costs (programme page)
Licence requirement
Must be licensed by the State of Illinois at fellowship start
