The UCSF Body Imaging fellowship provides comprehensive and structured training in all aspects of abdominal and pelvic imaging, maximising learning in advanced multimodality imaging using MRI, CT, PET and ultrasound.

Eligibility and visa
- Eligibility
- Completion of a four-year diagnostic radiology residency from an accredited program.
- International applicants
- Graduates of medical schools outside the US or Canada must hold a valid ECFMG certificate at the time of application, be eligible for a California Medical License and have passed USMLE Steps I, II and III (or COMLEX/LMCC equivalent).
- Visa support
- The University sponsors J-1 ECFMG visas for fellowship positions in the majority of cases.
- Licence requirement
- Radiology board certification (or board eligibility) and a California Medical License are required prior to appointment.
