Eligibility
OHNS residency in an approved US centre or equivalent training outside the USA; commitment to an academic laryngology career; ability to obtain a California medical licence
International applicants
Equivalent OHNS training outside the USA accepted, provided California licensure can be obtained
Visa support
Institution policyIMGs in graduate medical training hold J-1 (Alien Physician) visas sponsored by ECFMG, with the UCSF ISSO as Training Program Liaison (request 6 months before start); H-1B for clinical trainees only via exception request
