Completed a pediatric or emergency medicine residency in North America and board eligible before start; USMLE Steps I-III (or COMLEX); IMGs need green card/J-1/US citizenship, valid ECFMG certificate, prior US training and Medical Board of California licensure eligibility letter; J-1 sponsored, no H-1B
