- Completed an otolaryngology residency accredited by ACGME, AOA, ACGME-International (Advanced Specialty Accreditation) or RCPSC
- International applicants
- Open to graduates of ACGME-I (Advanced Specialty Accreditation) or RCPSC-accredited residencies as well as ACGME/AOA
