Eligibility and visa

Eligibility
Completion of a four-year diagnostic radiology residency from an accredited program.
International applicants
Graduates of medical schools outside the US or Canada must hold a valid ECFMG certificate at the time of application, be eligible for a California Medical License and have passed USMLE Steps I, II and III (or COMLEX/LMCC equivalent).
Visa support
The University sponsors J-1 ECFMG visas for fellowship positions in the majority of cases.
Licence requirement
Radiology board certification (or board eligibility) and a California Medical License are required prior to appointment.
