Eligibility and visa
- Eligibility
- SMC Temporary Registration requirements: basic medical degree, national licensing exam where applicable, 12 months internship, current registration and good standing in home country
- International applicants
- Yes - SGH fellowship and attachment programmes are offered to foreign doctors for short-term clinical training (more than 1000 international doctors since 2000)
- Visa support
- Training Employment Pass application with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) upon successful SMC Temporary Registration
- Licence requirement
- Temporary Registration (for training) with the Singapore Medical Council
