Eligibility and visa

Eligibility
Completed plastic surgery residency (certificate of specialty completion).
International applicants
IMGs must be graduates of a FAIMER-listed medical school and provide IELTS (7.0 each band), OET-Medicine (B in each subset) or CELPIP-General (9 in each skill) results; visa-requiring sponsored applicants apply via their sponsoring agency to sponsoredpgme@umanitoba.ca.

Licence requirement
Eligible for Full Practice or Provisional – Academic – Post Certification Trainee licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba; CMPA malpractice coverage.
