Eligibility and visa
- Eligibility
- Indonesian specialist in internal medicine (Sp.PD) (domestic or foreign graduate; foreign-trained specialists need an adaptation certificate from a collegium-recognised institution); legalised specialist diploma; valid specialist STR; collegium recommendation; employer consent if employed; signed statement to comply with RSUD Dr. Soetomo/FK UNAIR rules; family consent. Specialist GPA >= 2.50; ELPT/TOEFL >= 500; at least 1 year of practice as a specialist (except programme lecturers); recommendations from the professional organisation, home institution and the Internal Medicine Collegium (KIPD); hepatitis B immunity; health insurance (incl. BPJS); statement to return to home institution; maximum 3 application attempts.

- Self-funded or sponsored; fees 2026/2027: UKT Rp 25,000,000 per semester plus one-off IPI Rp 50,000,000. Ministry of Health study-assignment candidates need a letter confirming MoH/health office covers UKT and IPI
